Broccoli has a many health benefits that we already know. But that after knowing all this good values of broccoli we do not want to eat because of its taste. Am I right? Ya,I was like that only and I didn't like to eat broccoli at all . But in this my husband has a big role, he always forced me to eat it and I was really very irritate with this pushing. So one day I thought a lot about eating Mr. Broccoli and I realized that he is right, after all he was thinking about my health . So then I decided to do experiments with broccoli. Many times instead of cauliflower I used broccoli . So after this my taste buds is develop automatically for broccoli and really now this is my one of the favorite vegetable. So friends do you want to develop your taste buds for broccoli?Then note the ingredients:
Here's the recipe:
1 1/4 cup of Corn ( I use canned corn)
1 small Broccoli
1/2 tsp of crushed Garlic
1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
2-3 Dry Red Chillies
4-5 Cashews
10-15 Raisins
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder (optional)
2 cup of Milk
1/2 cup water
Oil
Salt to taste
Sugar (optional) (I put 1/2 tsp of sugar)
For garnish some Almond flakes
2 tsp chopped Onion (optional)
Method:
Saute corn and broccoli with little oil and keep it aside.
Make paste of sesame seeds and cashews.
In a pan put some oil add crushed garlic(not over fry garlic) after a few second put sesame and cashew paste.
When masala leaves oil put broccoli,corn and raisins. Fry this veggies for a few minute with masala.
Put milk , water, salt and sugar(optional).
When the gravy becomes little thick put black papper and garam masala (optional).
In another pan heat some oil (if you want you can use little butter also) put dry red chillies, almond flakes and chopped onion (optional). Put it into your gravy as a Tadka.

Wow this looks really yummy...one question...do we need to burn all the milk and make it semi-gravy type?
