Greeny Fruity Nutty Chicken Salad

After Malai Kofta I decided to make something healthy. It's very difficult to eat something heathy because we  are mentally prepared that healthy isn't too tasty. And if we talk about salad then our first reaction would be Oh!Salad . But we can enhance taste of healthy foods by giving some twists . Yes we have to try and think a bit . So we can eat and live healthy. Here I roasted some chicken (I use boneless chicken) with some salt , pepper , dry parsley and some garlic cloves . You can use your marination also . Salad leaves you can get in any supermarket . So friends let's try something healthy and nutritious today.



Here's the ingredients:

* I am not giving exact measurement for dressing , you can vary according to your taste.

Roasted Chicken Shredded 
Roasted Chicken shredded (I use boneless chicken)
4-5 Roasted Garlic cloves
Salad Leaves
Few Roasted Almonds
Few Roasted Walnuts
Few Raisins
2 Small Oranges
1 Small Apple (Cut into small pieces)
1/2 Avocado (Cut into small pieces)
Lime juice
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Salt to taste
You can use Pomegranate also (I didn't use here)

Method :

 Salad mixture
For dressing :

In Mortar and pestle put roasted garlic cloves , lime juice (to taste your sourness) , black pepper , salt and olive oil .  Make it paste.

Mix all the other ingredients with dressing . 





And your Salad is ready to eat.
